not been upto much, was gonna do work on my car at weekend but didnt get around to it due to some inforeseen events on friday night at a party I went to, so just been chilling. Currently got severe man flu, however I am soldiering on as you do, as you do

nose is still runny, strepsils have helped my throat though.

only supposed to have one every 2 to 3 hours you see as they contain medicines
