OOOOO just over an hour to do the post, however have been in since 7.30, but gotta prioritse like a strong black coffee to kickstart the old metabolic rate followed by a nice strong cup of white tea

just had some quaker oats now with syrup
but put it in the microwave for too long whilst talking and it bubbled over so I didnt get my oats this morning!
