It was originally rumoured to be Bruce Willis' and Demi Moores (years and years ago)...then they gave it up when things went belly up for them. The bank took it over, and built it. It wasn't supposed to be as big, but some american architect got involved and added a bit here, and a bit there.

A bit carried away if you ask me

It's probably worth buying just to flatten it and bang up a new shopping centre.

At least the neighbours wouldn't kick off when the planning app went up !

Do a 100% mortgage on it @ 5.94%, 25 year term on capital and interest and repay nearly £450,000 per month
