those hydrostatic gearboxes are great, fill grass bins, select maxs revs, pull lever all way back (reverse), wait 5 seconds, slam lever full forward. voila, now the front wheels are airborne and the grass boxes are scraping the lawn.

awesome fun when your 12.

Yeah. Try overloading the transport box of an MF35 with half a ton of wet logs, driving up a steep hill, realising you're not going to make it, then changing down and your foot slips off the clutch. Wheelieing a tractor seems like fun until you remember that it has no rollcage of any description and that's usually how fatal accidents happen

Dave

Cheapest thing would be to get a trailer to fit yours on and borrow it when I need mine cutting
LOL, naughty boy

I need to buy another trailer anyway, big enough to put the quad bike on (now THAT'S a fun big boy's toy ) so I could then put the lawn tractor on the trailer and tow it over to you cross country with the quad bike

Talking

Didn't see you......

But then you didn't see me when we wandered past your house yesterday at around 5pm

Had to chuck the lab over the wire fence into the orchard next to you to retrieve a winged pigeon so I could neck it

Now Trailer'd Up

Thanks David

Good to meet you today. Cup of tea was a life saver but necessitated a stop in Maccy's for a toilet! Trailer all back in one piece and already got a 1/4 load on

Note to self - remember your own advice NOT to travel on Good Friday if you want to go somewhere

Simo - mods? Not yet

Was just thinking of meeting you just last week as I was using said trailer to remove grass and hedge cuttings in Ireland - still going strong David

Hello Puff - wow that's going back a bit. Glad it's still doing it's job

Do you live in Paddy Land now? My boy is in Dublin - great place but pricey.
