Talking

Guys

Please give me your feedback on the monthly meets thread.
We got 3 imprezas together today & had a mad blast round the backroads, looking for more cars to come along & make it a monthly
meet.

Sorry for the delay guys but I am trying to get the results into a magazine and have been busy with that. Here goes from memory-

134bhp on the first run and 130 bhp on the second from a standard 2.0 sport with only Bosch super4 plugs(I was well impressed). The car should only have 115 bhp as standard.

approx 130 lbs/ft torque on both runs.

Thanks again to John Phillips for organising a great event but we need to park a little better. Still it was very well organised.

taz, sounds like those figures were a bit optimistic really. 20 more than std for no mods? Or is the quote 115 and under quote by subaru?

Come and see the car yourself. It is standard apart from the body mods and P1 wheels(see members gallery) and the plugs. I dont know if Subaru have underestimated the power but I thought the car was a little sluggish but it did surprise Jim from Star performance as he thought it was a slow turbo when it was first on the rollers.

Believe me it is true

Taz.

115bhp from a Sport? According to my old Scoob brochures they're quoted at 125bhp, so I can believe a reading of 134bhp given the inaccuracy of rolling roads
