Now come on, what can possibly come up just 10 hours and 39 minutes from the event There must be a woman involved somewhere

Hope you can make it Monkey, and if not, don't worry about the balance. The rental is split equally amongst those there on the day, so everyone will be ever so slightly out of pocket, not just me.

Crikey - just driven home from work some of the heaviest rain I've ever driven in!

Take it there's no prob adding the girlfriend as an 11th hour spectator and tentative driver?

What time does everyone think they'll be staying at the track till? I'll be able to pop round at approx 1:30pm ish to have a watch but dont want to find an empty track with the smell of burnt rubber/de-cat exhaust systems in the air so i'll have just missed it all

Just to let you know my cousin is a quallified first aider but lets hope he's not needed eh............

Mornin'

Ozzy, there's usually people still there at 4pm or so, but in the past people have started drifting away by 1-2pm. The tutor is booked all day and there are 7 taking tuition, which will take most of the day I would think.

Lovely wet roads this morning No need to rinse off the car then

Having been in a few wars (Falklands. Both Gulf wars) and a few hotspots... if anyone has any gunshot wounds or has been tangling with some artillery, mines or aircraft bombing.. then I'm your man...

White Impreza stopped by a copper at the side of the M180 on the way back

I probably was gotten by a scamera van not far from there on the way up. Should have seen it sooner

Apart from that I had a good day. Spent the morning pirouetting, but got some good laps in in the afternoon. Not so bad on petrol brake pads so very cheap track time.

Seemed like a great turnout considering it was SO DAMN COLD
Some really good laps laid down today I was very impressed with the quality of driving
Those rear WYIOC vinyl's look really classy, hopefully I will get my hands on one soon, thanks to Dave, Al and everyone else (Sorry, crap with names) for making my GF and I feel very welcome and for a great run down to the place itself

One of my fave pics (Luv the flames )

A fabulous day... Bit nippy in places but it stayed pretty clear...

'White Scoob' may be posting about the incident... I did speak to him at Ferrybridge, but the stories not mine...

The main thanks go to Dave for arranging & organising the day...

Big thanks also to Mick, Sticky & Kev for the laps for me & Sean... most appreciated and blew some of the those cobwebs away and no mistake... cheers guys...

I'll have some pics up in the next day or two (My mate Lee took some crackers), but I'm sure Dazza & others will post too...

Big thanks to all for coming and making it another success... here's to Aug/Sept time

Just got in. I'd like to thank everyone who attended for making it such good fun. Great numbers today, and top people Everyone seemed to have enjoyed themselves, which is my reason for doing these. A shame one of us had a little mishap towards the end, but nothing too bad. I look forward to welcoming you all along in September for a re-run and I'll be praying for an Indian Summer, I don't think the temperature ever gets above 3º in Blyton.

See some of you next week, some more at the end of the month and the rest hopefully in Sept

Where to start

David with you, another excellent track event, superb planning and organisation top job mate

Al it was my pleasure mate, hope Sean enjoyed the steady laps

I had another super event, really did enjoy myself, and hope the light show pleased all

Fuel and tyres lasted the day, believe that or not

not so for many others though. Dave Dave (sonicdave) how many tyres, you ought to get a job for bridgstone, testing tyres to destruction

Can't name check every one 1) am usless with names 2) am usless

Paul crafts what can I say absolutely loved our playtime and talk about loss of traction Thanks to Deb's too for keeping Jackie company while the boys played.

evertime you saw smoke from the hairpin it was either Paul Sticky (fuel cut allowing or Dave.. pmsl nice show lads

Jakbauer we spotted you on the way home too, go on go on how fast where you going when plod caught up with you, hope it was not too bad mate

Big thanks too all who attended for keeping it fun and safe and making the overall event another success.

Mick
