not too sure, just an idea as some people thought easter was a bit far away, we could meet up at 5pm before dark or something, chat drive about etc...then go for something to eat/bowling possibly??

Can we have this meet on my driveway? Light refreshments supplied.....
My neighbours are getting on my **** bitching and complaining about my cars and where they are parked. Would love to really give them something to complain about. They fail to acknowledge themselves and their visotors have been blocking my driveway for 3 years, but becasue I reverse in and drive out it is not a problem!!! If you want a large car at least learn how to manoeuvre the damn thing!!!!

I dont think we'll get the numbers for Aghadowey or the like plus theres alot of interest from southern drivers, but in saying that would still prefer to be up along north coast somewhere.
The problem is and always has been in here that on paper these meets create a lot of interest but when it comes to the crunch very few turn up,as we experienced quite a few years ago now when we had or "first" proper meet plenty said they would attend and it ended up with just three of us.So if people could post if they are really willing to go and just not for the sake of replying,I mean are the southern drivers going to come all the way to the North coast??.
Sorry to sound negative but thats the way it goes on here.
I would be 100% happy to organise the meet if no one else does.

To be honest id prob only go if it wasent to far up or more central to everyone. But if it is just over the border or around there ill defo go and i know of few others aswell.

probably better closer to the border to help those travelling from down south. mad555 is right about when it comes to the crunch an it's time to go alot of people pull out for various reasons. whoever is organising needs to think about location and what we are going to do.
North coast would be nice but not really fair to those travelling from south of the border. does dundalk have an active cruise scene? how about somewhere else just over the border? i don't know much about big towns just over the border maybe someone else could fill us in

I really don't mind where or when it is but it should be central to everyone to make it fair. What about Enniskillen or Newry or somewhere along those lines?
Is there any place half way with a bit of karting or something?
Just an Idea?
Cheers

i would like to be able to include some of the southern guys in this, so i think a more central location would be fair on them. I dont think newcastle is that good though, why not go for somewhere like sprucefield car park?

Right so we have established sprucefield as a good option ?????
lets set a date, friday nite sound good for everyone?
im going to throw forward friday 10th february, no point in putting it off, lets get it rolling.
Or if we want to do a more daytime thing, will we say the satrurday or sunday during the day, say around lunch time?
So the options are friday 10
saturday 11
sunday 12

OK - Party on - my house (Carryduff) - Wednesday 1st Feb. Free beer, free food and make as much noise as you want. Does that sound reasonable? (I don't have a scoob now though - hey - neither does Big stinky, so thats OK.

when do u get your car back then mad555...ca we arrange a date soon after that and stick to it! we're gettin nowhere here by the looks of things! I agree with the point about a Saturday night instead seeing as ppl from the south would be working etc on a friday...
