I am having to remove engine, and have more or less got there, but the "infamous" 10mm allen plug seems to be wanting to strip. Can anyone tell me if its possible to weld something to it o remove???

 

the pics is a real help, got stuck for putting my engine back in but there great cheers

 

and we never got to the end result of this thread with the engine run in, the go faster bits, and as asked, how the non mappable ECU would run bigger injectors etc. ( re-programmethe scooby ECU to suit and refit that ... )

 

Had forgotten about this thread ! My mate who was assisting me with this moved to NZ, so with it being beyond my tech knowledge, I put it back to standard(ish) and sold it. I'm now sorting out my Strada 130TC which I'll hill climb.
