Why do you object to being called Pete Lewis?, your surname is Lewis i presume and you sign your posts with Pete, NOT with Peter, plonker, ***** or any other derivative.

Einstein proved his theories with emprical evidence didnt he?, you just sit and rant and do nothing about it so do not compare yourself to someone so great. As for car building, are you telling me your great associates made cars from scratch and not using someone elses components or panels or whatever, or did they watch "Blue Pete" and make them out of two bog roll tubes, a bag of blue tack and some glossy wrapping paper?

Why dont you go into business for yourself servicing cars and give the rest of us the bargain costs that we so desire along with more TLC for our cars than any other mechanic can offer?

Sunil

Thanks for that - I think I'll just stick to Designing Nuclear Missiles .. - there is a bit more money in that business.

We are alike in a lot of ways:-

I actually make things that we wont use (hopefully)

You dont make anything at all and what you do is of use for just the tax year

So arent we important? ha ha ha

Erm, me Tarzan you Jane?

Just go off and make yourself up a "Blue Pete" registration card and then maybe you wont have to worry about fixing your own bodywork

Money in nuclear weapons - well, some of us have a consience (sp?)

John,

What did you save the Pandas from? Drowning, own stupidity or a bad fashion mistake. LOL Or was it because they wanted a Ford Escort.

Reminds me of the old proverb 'Suntit':-

Once there was a snake and a rabbit - they were both blind.

They met one day and the rabbit explained that he was blind and didnt know what he was.

The snake offered to slither over the rabbit and tell him what he was - this he did ... 'well you have fur, a bobbing tail, long ears ... you are a Rabbit!'

Thank you said the rabbit - now I will help you .... 'You a bit slimey, you have a sharp tongue and you have no ***** ... you are an accountant!!!!'

Sorry, Blue Porno Pete, i dont know any OLD proverbs becoz im too young

Still, never mind, i assume you can tell me the advantages of being an old codger and having the idle mind to recall such silly sayings.

Might even take the time out to educate you on a few things about finance, accountancy and Wing Chun Kung Fu - assuming your DIY "hands on" mind can handle it- (hands on meaning hands on your plonker pulling it most of the time!)

And if you want to know the whereabouts of my *****, ask your Missus

Laters

PS - Long live John Felstead!

SUNTIT

An accountant decided to leave his wife one day.

He left her a note saying:
"Dear Jane, I am 54 years old and I have never done anything wild. So I'm leaving you for an 18 year old blonde model. We'll be staying at the Sheraton."

He then packed his things and went there. When he arrived at the Sheraton, there was a message for him from his wife. It read:
"Dear John. I too am 54 years old. I have followed your example and am staying at the Hyatt with an 18 year old Italian hunk. And I'm sure that you, as an accountant, will appreciate that 18 goes into 54 many many more times than 54 goes into 18!"

The wife was at the clinic today - you had better get a check up my boy!!! ha ha ha !!

When do you practise your Flung Dung??

And yes at my age you need to pull your plonker because the wife and 2 mistresses cant keep up!!!!

We should charge for this entertainment you know???

Your tales never cease to amaze me, i am truly laughing.

Let me cost this and we'll charge these buggers to read it - and if they decline we'll sue their asses! :
