Cliff you do make me giggle.
First, only rub the scratched area down with wet and dry to flatten the scracth, mask up around the area you just rubbed down (allow room around the area so as to give a 'blow off area' when spraying, meaning your not going to create a step. As you've only rubbed down go straight over with Black, you won't need prima, flatten and finish with a coat of the shiny stuff.
