Looking good mate, I have a Zero/Sports intercooler splitter however I have found a flaw with these, when you use your IC spray the vanes stop the water from spraying across the IC so it all collects at the front or leaks down into the engine!

Going to be refitting the standard one and probably make up my own IC splitter that allows the spray to go across the IC as I don't want to go down the FMIC route yet (just don't have the power output).

Your car is looking good mate and great to see you tackled the work yourself even if it made you cry

First off all thanks

Are my eyes deceiving me or is the paint on the P1 style covers NOT a match? It just doesnt look the same colour.
I painted it myself with a spraycan that they made for me @ a local paintshop,so new paint on a 9 year old car.
The color sometimes lookes oke and other times its darker.

I dont had that problem i dont have IC spray and my splitter was a lot cheeper then one from a shop

To long ago after the last update

The STI R/RA MY'93 exhaust manifold with SLM exhaust gas temp meter.

Alloy STI wishbones mounted along with STI topmounts

Gril with hardware store mesh in it and painted complete in car color.

Also fitted the STI shortshift with Kartboy shifter bushes

Also fitted braided brake hoses on the back.
Wanted to do the same @ the front but we could not find out how to mount it without bending the lines to much (we where afraid off almost breaking them )

Mayby someone here has pic's off these hoses when mounted or nows how howe to

And my Vibrant Round Metal Core Catalytic Converter: 2.50" has arrived from the U.S..

The latest pic's taken @ the supermeet in de Meern.

I've been busy looking for a white MY'03 and had some plans for that one already but because of the hard times of selling your own car and feeling bad to get rid of the car whe now have i'm going on to update this one

Before the yearly MOT overhere i had a metal sportcat installed in the downpipe and put heatwrap around it and sprayed it with exhaust paint.

I only think it cost me more hps than i thought it would be mayby its time for a remap

From the UK came a front Brembo set but the problem was when they arrived that the disks and pads where worn so after some search work i came across Godspeed and ordered new grooved disks and pads and also new braided hoses

Also bought a set home made whiteline brackets with new bushes

And also aset of powerflex bushes for the front stabi.

That's it for now and i'm looking out for a set of wheels that will fit the brembo's

Plan is that it stays without a spoiler for now mayby in the future i can find another bootlid with a spoiler the mayby i go the spoiler route we will see how it goes.

And these black STI wheels are the winterset in 17'' wich i need for the Brembo's who are waiting to be put on the car and for the summer i have Rota tarmac bronze lying around.

That has been a long time but we still have the hawkeye with us.

Now and then i'm looking on Scoobynet but never took the time to update my profile

Meanwile i offcorse changed and added some things, i updated the list in the first post.

I had to change a new coilover set because the Apex set had a broken spring and was getting old, the new one is Tein set.

There is a replica wing on the trunk.

There is new Aliexpress headunit with my old Rockford fosgate amplifier and subwoofer installed.

We have a new set of gauges wich are a defi style set.

And the car is mapped with ecutec.

Also the bottem of the car is treated against rust by a company but i'm not so happy with the result, and i tackled the wheel arches myself.

I'll ad some photo's, i think you guys like that more then my writing

Beautiful cars thanks for sharing.
Thanks

Little update again, mounted a brake cylinder brace and a pulley cover.

And i have been busy putting a Defi advance ZD set into the car.
As i already have Defi gauges connecting it was easy i only need some help with connecting some extra other sensors.
Bought a extra gear lever surrounding and played with it a little bit, i think it turned out okay by my standards

Is it possible for me to change the topic title, i can not find how to to do it?
