Get some electronic freezing spray, a aerosol for chilling electronic components, blast it with that, it will freeze and crumble, well it works on chewing gum anyway. Maplins will probably have it, worked wonders on chewing gum and blu tac.

My first thought was freezer spray as above, but....

from Wikipedia:
Silly Putty will stick to soft plastics, rugs, and clothing, but can be removed using rubbing alcohol or baby wipes.
