Sorry Banshi. I probably over-reacted a little, but was anoyed to think I was being tared with the same brush as the fools on the York meet.
I see that you were being ironic. You must have been the guy with the beard in the P1, who got lost and followed us to the pub then?
Cheers.
Paul.

I might add I didn't get lost on the route, (that's another debate entirely ) But on the way to a certain lemon coloured gentlemans residence. Having been given neither address nor directions
Chris, I don't think it was meant to come out in that way c u at the w/e.

Nuclear Pond - you may want to think a little
more about your post when you get to hear
the full facts about the York meet.
Glad to see you don't tar everyone with the
same brush............

I have cancelled my booking for it as I may have to fly out on the Saturday or Sunday depending on times etc.
I cannot use my car at the moment and I doubt it will be ready for the Tour.

i'm a bit late to the Caravan comment.....but it does look a bad pic! but can i say that as Dave says we could see way up the road, as we had come down a sweeeping nice corner with FULL view of the road ahead and the bloke with the caravan was on a 30mph/40mpd drive
i wouldn't have over taken it it it were un safe to do so.......too many accidents happen when ppl take risks, as we know!
I AWAYS THINK.....IS IT SAFE TO GO????? if in doubt stay where you are.
as you know the country roads were full of walkers......thoughts of that skool boy running out into my car back in January, KEPT flashing through my mind!!!! NO WAY do i want to go through that again.
Nice to meet you banshi anyway
ps.
did i give the sheep enough room????? lol
