i so want to be in this but dont think i can get the cash together in time do these come with a map so can be pluged in then get a good remap ? or will they need maping when they go on the car ?

I believe they come with a few base maps installed.
If you have a few mods on your car I'd seriously recommend a remap - BRD did my last one & it was a different car afterwards.

Ther's no rush on the GB but I do need all interested to confirm what they need ie: Power FC, Power FC + Commander, Commander only, AVCR so I can get prices.

With regards to import duty; in my experience it's luck of the draw.
I have had a good deal of stuff imported & only been "done" twice by customs - maybe they flag up an address - dunno!

Since the items will be posted to your own address there should be no probs unless you import lots of stuff.

i would be after the Power FC + Commander any idea on price for this and can i ask what a AVCR is ? also would they be willing to post as gift do you think save people problems

 

I'll take a couple of PFCs with commander.

They all come with a good basic map designed for the JDM model of that year with their different head configurations and higher octane fuel, with a little tweaking they can get you going.

I can help if anyone needs a remap.

is the £385.46 for the power fc & comander? can this be plugged straight in or would it need setting up or is that just for optimum performance? can you run the power fc without a boost controller and can we pay by credit card?

Yes, PFC & commander.

They are allegedly plug 'n' play with base maps for jap models - not sure which.

I believe you do not need a boost controller, but the knowledgeable ones on this forum will be able to give you a more accurate answer.

You can pay by CC using Paypal - it's actually prefered.
