i so want to be in this but dont think i can get the cash together in time do these come with a map so can be pluged in then get a good remap ? or will they need maping when they go on the car ?

If you have a few mods on your car I'd seriously recommend a remap - BRD did my last one & it was a different car afterwards.
Ther's no rush on the GB but I do need all interested to confirm what they need ie: Power FC, Power FC + Commander, Commander only, AVCR so I can get prices.
With regards to import duty; in my experience it's luck of the draw.
I have had a good deal of stuff imported & only been "done" twice by customs - maybe they flag up an address - dunno!
Since the items will be posted to your own address there should be no probs unless you import lots of stuff.
If anyone needs anymore info let me know.

i would be after the Power FC + Commander any idea on price for this and can i ask what a AVCR is ? also would they be willing to post as gift do you think save people problems

I'll take a couple of PFCs with commander.
They all come with a good basic map designed for the JDM model of that year with their different head configurations and higher octane fuel, with a little tweaking they can get you going.
I can help if anyone needs a remap.

OK folks,
There seems to be some serious interest now.
How about we agree a date to book this & get a final list together?
I can get back to our man in Japan with details once everyone has decided what they need.
To refresh - we need 5 PFCs + Commanders for a better price.
Anything else should add to our discount.

i'll have a apexi power fc +controller for 95 wrx and a avc-r boost controller if u can get a decent price as my conversion rate for ponds to yen is a little rusty

They will be posted individually to reduce the chance of import tax.

They are allegedly plug 'n' play with base maps for jap models - not sure which.
I believe you do not need a boost controller, but the knowledgeable ones on this forum will be able to give you a more accurate answer.
You can pay by CC using Paypal - it's actually prefered.
