"shandy bass" - heck thats going back a bit - do they still make it? I also remember "cider bass", which i preferred at the time (maybe thats why i am a Blackthorn drinker now!).

You'll start talking about Spangles and Pacers in a minute, not to mention Wham Bars and Curly Wurly's LOL

Pacers two tone green sweets that taste mighty minty. Looked like chewitts.
Spangles with the crunchy fizzy centre.
Curly Wurly i am sure used to be longer and thicker.
Wham bars took ages to eat with fizzy bits in.
Matt. know idea what youre talking about.

Chaps,
sorry that Charlie Whiskey and myself never made it tonight. We have only just got back to Brum after 13+ hours of reccying Wales, and the meet is an hours more drive so the pub will probably be shut
Anyway, the good news is that the Wales Camping Trip 3, due 8/9-Sep-2001 is looking pretty damn good. Belting roads, good pubs and a camp-site, well put it this way, in NCT1 we had a corner of a field, in WCT2 we had a whole field - but in WCT3 will will have an entire hillside!!!!!!! Full facilities for wimps who don't like sleeping under canvas - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant, bar, heck, this is the place to be.
So, get yer fingers out, check
