I don't want to invite myself, but can I invite myself?

Its just that I live exactly 4 mins drive from Tamworth Services on J10 M42.

It would also give me a chance to meet all you local types.

I know my M5 isn't a scoob, but can I have a nose around anyway?

Paul

Hey Paul, there's nowt wrong with M5's, what year is it?

Come along anyway, anybody who's hobby is listed as "******** Chips and Gravy" will probably liven things up a tad.

Mike.

Kev,

If I remember, did we not meet up at Lutterworth to compare lights?

Are there any BP or Shell garages that sell SUL along the way? I'll fill up before I leave, but something tells me I'm going to need to fill up again afterwards

Nimbus,

Tamworth Services sell SUL at their (Esso i think) garage - and normally have reasonable prices.

If you have heavy requirements, the Kingsbury Oil Terminal in only a mile away

Guys `n Gals

As Boomer has rightly said, Tamworth services sell SUL at the petrol station and it is Esso.

Sourob

Although you are now batting for the other side you are more than welcome to come along.

Cheers

Paul

Unfortunatly, my work petrol card is only good for Shell or BP (work are very good to me about that ) .Has anyone else noticed that all the Shell garages seam to be taken over by Texaco??, but I'm sure I can find one.

Sounds like it will be a good day out!!

Nimbus,

let us know which direction you will be arriving from, and we will try to find some Shell/BP garages for you.

How many miles is this thing likely to be? I'll fill up before we start. I know I'm not going to use a whole tank (I hope ), but since I'm limited on what I can buy (Shell/BP SUL) I just wanted to make sure we ended up somewhere near a suitable garage.

I'll be heading back to Loughborough afterwards, if my brother comes along (he wanted to bring his new Caterham).

Cheers

It`ll be about 50 miles long. There is a BP garage in Tamworth that sells sul, so if you do get stuck i`ll show you where it is.
