Convoy arrangement from the North-East.
As we are travelling over the A66 we need to be aware of weather considerations, especially at this time of year. In fine weather it is a very pleasant journey and our journey time will be a doddle. Mist/fog and our journey time extends and remember the road is regularly shut with snow around this time of year so please leave plenty time.
The convoy will depart WASHINGTON SERVICES 06:30 as previously arranged, calling briefly at SCOTCH CORNER SERVICES for departure 07:10. There will be no stop at Aycliffe Services.

Confirmation that FREELANCE BADGER will be covering the day for JAPANESE PERFORMANCE MAGAZINE. I understand they plan to feature 12 cars. How the 12 cars will be choosen I do not know but no fighting over it or acting like schoolgirls.!!!

I will meet the Washington convoy at Scotch Corner.
Everyone should note that once we hit the M6 there are speed camares every few miles.

Anyone meeting me at Washington services make sure you've filled up as we will be leaving at 6.30 no later and we will only be at scotch corner for a few minutes, then we will not be stopping again till we get to TEG

Guys,
It is 104 miles from Washington Services to TEG and I can't recall any Shell Petrol Stations............. so make sure you are filled up before you set off.

We are aiming for 20 cars and should be able to run that number guaranteed. Providing Dion's money turns up Wednesday that is the 20 runners sorted and Stew above can be first reserve. If Dion's funds don't turn up tomorrow I will offer his place to Stew.
Dave if you want to run I suggest you send me a £10 cheque along with your full spec first class post today and we will see what we can do.
In my experience there is always an odd non-runner and if the day goes well we could always tag a couple on at the end.
