I agree with Davyboy! yes first reaction is about your car but someone was injured! wether she was out of her car just after it happened or inside her car she was still injured! Cars can be replaced Lives can't!
Also agree with the school kids comment! luckily it was your car she hit and not a group of children!!!
Sorry to hear about the car hope you get it sorted. Looks a bit of a mess!
good luck and hope the other driver is ok!

Nobody was damaged thats the main thing - hope the insurance comes good.
There does seem an amazing quantity of damage to scooby(i guess this is the weakest point of most cars ) and very little to the other car -just glad i wasnt sat there , prolly still be alive tho

looked where you're parked though, exit of a bus stop on double yellows, lmfao - i know the penalty of that isn't having your car smashed but if you would of parked on a legal place then it wouldn't of happened

I'ts the use of the word 'bitch', both in the title and in the text (referring to the 'busybody' who told the woman to get back into her car) that bothers me.
Not a nice way to refer to any woman, regardless of how much damage she has done to your car.
Sorry to see the damage though

Silly bitch, who cares if she hurt herself?
You work hard to pay for your car and then a dozy bint writes it off, I'd be very p1ssed.
Never mind the nanny state loving liberals on here.

Well im on your side. No doubt if YOU crashed into her she would think your a boy racing tw@t, and would claim whiplash at all costs. Society has declined, and you can not beat it, so join it. The silly bint, was probs window shopping- however there are good women drivers out there. Same as some blokes can/can not drive.
MOST of us know you really would not have punched anyone. The phrase 'Pinch of Salt' springs to mind. However my bro punched the drunk who hit his car and attempted to drive away the cheeky fool. Some people...
Hope all is well, make sure your courtesy car is well used lol and you claim ALL your costs back, taxis from the incident, head units, steering locks etc (with proof of course.)

Gutted for you mate, looks to me like you were parked in the parking bays next to the shops when she hit you not that it matters. How many of us leave our cars on double yellows for 2 minutes to pop in somewhere?
I've got no sympathy for the driver of the Laguna, had a crash a couple of years ago where someone drove into the side of my car by pulling out of a side street as I was passing on the main road. Car needed a new rear quarter panel, wheel etc...
Clear cut case you might think but she reported to her insurer that I was indicating to turn into the side road (I wasn't) and managed to turn a fault claim into a 50/50 case because there were no witnesses.
Seemed a nice enough lady when we stopped at the scene and was apologetic but as soon as she got home seems her true character came out.
Claim for absolutely every single expense mate and don't settle for anything less than you think your car is worth. It's well within your rights to ditch your insurance supplied hire car, get one of similar performance to your scooby and then claim this back from her insurer too.
She'll probably claim your tinted windows shone the sun in her eyes or some other ****
