Highest power was on an STI Wagon, with 290bhp, with torque of 260 (i think).
Mark's UK car with 100,000 miles on the clock got 260bhp with only a full system and a K&N filter. and it should be 208 standard!
I got 243, on a my00 with d/p and backbox, with panel filter!

Hi all,

Nice to see everyone yesterday!

Mark - my 2nd run was better! after I burned more fuel the ECU is on its way to sorting itself out! 2nd run was 249.7bhp with 266lbs of torque. So better! I am still on a mixed tank and its still learning so hopefully be up to yours! Just put my first full unmixed tank in, so may go back down next month and have another go. Hopefully get a final read out!

Moral of the story is..... don't change fuel before rolling roading it!

Cheers J, for putting up with a depressed Plantie all day!

Good runs J and Mark!

Chuck has his 22B done and came out with 283bhp (i think) and 288lbs of torque!!!

Good day all in all, big shout to John and Mickey at Eclipse. I think its fair to say they made us all feel at home!

Great tuning station as well! Didn't cane the shi*t out of our engines!

Give me a shout for the next one!

Cheers mark- good day had by all.

Plantie i'm glad you didn't waste your money on the exhaust only to be beaten by a 'standard' wr. Still i'm happy with 242bhp and 256lb torque

Mark so how much did you bribe them for 260bhp????

John + Nicci well done on giving us all a good kicking (esp the 22B ). 300bhp?? you know you want to

Nice to meet you all and thanks for a good morning. I'm sure I had the least modified/ least powerful car there and its now good to know what some mods can yield.

Look forward to the next time when I'll have done a few tweaks.

Allan,
Mail me the car details at impreza_dood@yahoo.co.uk and I'll send you a pic of your car on the rollers, I think I took one of each.

Yeah was a well run RR, and an amazingly clean workshop . If I had a 'dodgy import' I think I'd be happy to let these guys take care of the servicing etc, nice to see an ex Chaplegate guy there too.
Thanks for organising it Mark.
Chuck
285bhp first run, 287.5 the second & 289.5 ft/lb - blimey!

Mark,

Thanks for organising the day and to Eclipse for the professional manner and facilities made available to us. First time I had met with Impreza enthusiasts, good to see the passion. I had gone to support and observe only, so thanks for getting me on to the RR. I was happy to see that my standard car yielded 270+bhp and 280+lbsft. I would like to see this translated on track.

Sorry to not have been able to stay after lunch to have met Chuck and others, John+ Nicci thanks for the loan of the coat and well done.

Cheers Mark for organising a great day.Very impressed with the guys from Eclipse, their workshop and rolling road is in a different league to any other company I have delt with before.I would definatly recommend their services to anyone else interested.Mark your 260 bhp had me worried, especially as my WRX only achieved 265 bhp,I think I will have to refit the original dump valve like you have and see if that makes much of an improvement.

Anyone up for another go in the spring?I will hopefully have a few more toys under the bonnet by then, and we might be able to find someone to beat the magic 300 bhp barrier next time.

Colin.

p.s. great pictures Mark, what camera have you got?

Thanks again everyone, we'll have to do it again early next year when eveyone has more Christmas pressies on their scoobs!

Rhodie, like the username! Thanks for coming, it was good to see such a rare car. I'm sure you will get more power when you get some more miles. Ask the other 22B guys what mods they have done as there are quite a few owners on here. Stick a post on General / Drivetrain.

John+Nicci,

Well done again, I will now have more respect for the dog carrier! Only if you get the right side of 300 brake! Should be a doddle!

Colin,

Cheers mate. The camera is a Fuji, very pleased with it. That was on low res as well.

Allan,

Sorry couldn't chat more but thanks for travelling the distance! hope to see you again at the next meet.

Chuck. You lucky bugger. nuff said. Call you when the lottery win comes in.
