You want to eat your cake and have it - if you're ending the relationship, it's you that should be moving out. Given the upset you're causing this woman, the least you can do is be a gentleman about it and remove yourself from the euqation.

It may well be that she has to sell up anyway if she can't afford to buy you out, but most people would probably think you a little on the hard-hearted side if you were to tell her that it's all over and she's the one who has to go.
