Well, been to look at a 6 month old Herman and a 5 year old Herman.

They don't do much do they?? Just sit under the lamp!!

I need a vivarium thingy at £120, UV Tube at £15 (renewed at 6monthly intervals!) a spot lamp with temp sensor and a heat pad for the wall at night ......

Bloody hell!!

Are they smelly at all for indoors??

Pete

I think you'll find that that is the oldest recorded GIANT tortoise. I said the oldest tortoise (meaning normal sized one) was 160

Just been put onto a couple of 7 year old Tunisian Tortoises (these do NOT hibernate)

These will be for disposal as the owner cannot care for them from next year - I don't think they have any papers .............. but the owner cannot care for them anymore so wants to give them to a caring home - with the new owner buying the gear surrounding them.

Shall take a look at these

Pete
