Karlos - I think I've got a full car on the 18th, but there should be a few of us taking cars so there'll be space with someone.
Mail me your number and we'll sort it out.
You're welcome to a few laps in the passenger seat if you like
Anyone else?

See you there.
Scooby-tc - we usually go in for a bevvie (non-alcoholic of course). I've never met any of these guys before either except Ronnie H. so you won't be on your own.

I'm new to all this, having just picked up my new Impreza this week. One of the last old shape Turbos.
Is the Pompey meet on 25th Feb open to all Impreza Owners? as I'd be keen to meet a few of you.

you're right about the band, with Jim mills, chris Kingston, Jeff keeble, and then Wez who went on to drum for carter USM.
we are actually thinking of jamming again just for a laff.
I test drove the new shape at every ones fav dealers on Sunday.
very refined drive you can hardly hear the engine compared to the old UK and Jap. handling seems as good as ever although couldn't put it through it's paces.
still not sure though

Scooby-tc,
Who was the young lady in the passenger seat then? Hope you don't mind me saying that she didn't look half bad.... :-)
Gussie, You've got mail!
Jack_s. If you drive an impreza, then I guess your welcome! I'll feel a bit sorry for you though If we decide to go for a blip... you must be still runnin' yours in?
Just had a quote for a new rear bumper... £250 then I've gotta get it sprayed. Anyone know anywhere cheaper it's appreciated! Don't know how much the small strip of metal is gonna cost that runs under the rear light. She f(£*ed that up as well!!! Plus my bloody exhaust heat shield has started rattling again! Christ! Never lend your wife your car gents!!!

New engine unfortunately right pain to start on cold mornings, allegedly nothing wrong with it according to our fave dealer
Just an aside thinking back to school days you weren't in a band were you ?(Six Gun Sound, Clash type stuff).
Anyway back to work see you in a couple of weeks or so, the Churchillion is in push bike range if worse comes to the worst!!!

Scooby-tc - Do you want to meet up on Sunday on the way?
I was going to take the A272 (great road ) to cut through to the A3. I could be at the Shell services on the A3 (Northbound - Liphook) for 11.30 or so.
Anyone else making the trip?
