You need to get out more if that's the best feeling you have ever had !

And a 2.5" exhaust..???

Also the Fiesta looks like it's on 15's not 17's as stated. (not that it matters- still the best 'stealth' motor there).

GS posted the vids of the day last month and the Lambo was definaltely NOT 'maxed' off the line (IRRC it had only got a few miles on it..?).

You can't really trust any magazine to publish the real story, let alone Max P FFS..!

Its cost me £5k total to get my 205 to that stage, less than the depreciation on most new cars.

crush her - no better feeling in car driving/ownership, not in life

Yea the lambo off the line took it relatively easy as not to blow his clutch...,

My cars clutch was ****ed, so my times were not to great, it was 3 days later my AP clutch got fitted to solve the problems.

Overal though some of those hatches were CRAZY fast.

Yeah the summary for the scoob is wrong for 0-60 and 0-100.They are listed as the same as the Golf.

In the text it says the scoob was 0.8secs slower to 100 than the lambo which would be low 12's

and some people here call themselves a car enthusiast... how can you not see the fun in owning what you would describe as a sh!te car that wouldnt blow the doors of at very least a £20k+ motor? Thats what modifying your car is all about. Its like me saying why did you spend £20k on your scoob when you could have bought a TVR or a Lotus Esprit for that price and probably got change from it....

I agree, but alot of the figures in the feature are bull.
I see two of the cars in that feature every week, they're quick, but not Lambo slayers

0-100mph for your scoob looks to be an error. 0-100mph more likely to be in the 13s.

Gallardo wasn't launching hard, hence the times. The Gallardo is capable of 11.8s 1/4mile (from memory).
