Cool

Well, the route's set... just printing out about a dozen copies (or until my paper runs out?!).

45.5 miles - a complete ring around Cambridge! Spent the day plotting the route in detail with a friend, and some of the roads are just awesome...

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at 12!

Cheers
Richard

Cool

Sorry I missed the final meet - I followed the Evo and he turned right towards Camb, (but was left at the junction due to traffic) which I later discovered was not correct. I then tried to retrace my steps, but due to a systems failure in 50% of my remaining brain cell I could not find it (the bit after "turn onto the A1303 away from Camb"). I coped a lot easier following Graham !!! Cheers Graham !
Thanks Richard for a great day out - best Sunday for a long time (yes I know, I must get out more). When's the next one (repeat of this one, as we "know" the route - well half anyway) ??!!!!!

Hi y'all

Thanks for coming, those that could make it - good to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones. Quite a laugh, wasn't it?

As far as sorting it out goes - my pleasure... perhaps we can squeeze another one in just before Xmas, maybe removing a few of those 30 zones...

Those of you who couldn't make it - hopefully see you at a future one. You missed a treat!

Cheers
Richard

Many Thanks to Richard for organising today's event - & when I say organise, we even had pace notes & maps for our drive! Top job - you can do that again Richard!

In addition to the Fen Dancers I met Rob W & Carolyn & Dave T-S + a couple of wanna-be scoob drivers

I've hopefully bedded in the discs/pads now but I'm going to have to clean the car again!!!

Richard, once again many thanks for the organisation Sprog had a great time too.

Here's a pic of the meet

What a pleasant day!
Thanks to Richard for the well organised event,It was nice to meet some new faces.
The route was very good but i could do with a navigator next time.
Done some serious driving today nearly two tank fulls! but that does include our infamous N.London drive which we done this morning en route to Barrington.
It would nice to do it again sometime

see you soon.
Rob

Thanks for posting the picture PTMW - my photos will have to wait until after the Motor Show next weekend.

Stan - the reason you got lost is because we followed a little detour suggested by PTMW at the start of that route, which I realised afterwards would scupper someone who didn't know! Should have stuck to the original route, never mind.

See you at the next one...

Richard,

Thanks again for a blinding route - I think we surprised a few cyclists and Sunday walkers who weren't expecting a bunch of Scoobys "pressing-on" in the wilds of Cambridgeshire!! Excellent pace notes - maybe you could "ehance" them a bit ...easy right;flat in fifth, etc!! Maybe I'll go over the route again in the near future, just to familiarise myself for a repeat run.

Thanks again
Grahame
