I suggest you check the legalitys of using the band wagon jumping term of "Freedom of Speech" in your ideal world. I must remember to use your statement of "Freedom of speech what a joke", next time I have to discuss a case for defense with our solicitors on any slanderous/liabelous issues that may arise on ScoobyNet. Perhaps a court will turn round and say "Yep your right.... Freedom of Speech is a resonable case for defence.... no problems, sorry to bother you".

Sorry, it's me that should bow to you, as you seem to know much more about the legalitys than I do.

It's all too easy for people to use the "Freedom of Speech" line, when they have no conception or knowledge of the possible legal implications such content (throwing insults etc to people or about people) can have on ScoobyNet.

This has NOTHING to do with having "powers", this is about protecting ScoobyNet and the community.

As regards to piracy... SCOOBYNET DOES NOT CONDONE OR SUPPORT PIRACY OF ANY KIND.
