Right Ladies and Gents...
The cut off date has been decided.
You need to be ringing up and booking yourselves in BEFORE we break for Christmas !
That will be the end of the group buy.
Cars booked in on dates AFTER Christmas will not be eligible for the group buy price.
No Saturdays are available now (all booked)

Powerstation,
Spec'c'57 is only trying to catch me up..... and you know there can't be too many powerful spec c's allowed on the road!

I also own the rights to my map, so no uploading it on someone else's ECU!

Regards,
Shaun.

Why not take advantage of the group buy with all your mods except the miltek, get the Remap at the reduced price, then once you have your miltek have the map tweaked to suit, it would be based on dyno time only from then on. (£90 pr hr).
Certainly gives the credit card time to recover after Christmas anyway.

Now had my re-map three weeks.
Slip roads and back lanes are a blast. Fuel MPG may be up, but I am too busy with the loud pedal. Richard and his apprentice are the tops.
The car drives much better and the throttle response is sweet
bearing in mind I still have all the standard cats inplace.
Here's the graph.

Very interested in this. I have MY00 UK classic, only changes are full de-cat & green panel filter. I know each car is different, but what figures should I be seeing after the mapping?
If the fuel pump is added at a later date, should it then be remapped again to take full advantage?
Much appreciated,
Mickey.
PS. I don't understand the 3 port boosty thing either!!!

mickey, I've got a my99 uk classic, mapped by brd developments, putting out 286bhp/291lbft
which is nice, thats with a full decat and sti panel filter. The 3 port solenoid is essential to control overboost. I didn't get it at first, and had problems with overboosting and surge, which made mine interesting to drive on motorways, like a kangaroo at high speeds. After the 3 pbs, all was cured
The point of mapping is not just about figures though, it's more about drivability. Midrange on mine is right on the money, with plenty of power on tap from 2500 revs, and no need to go over 5500 for full power. Very smooth daily driver around town too, with lots of low end torque.
Hopefully I'll be getting the same results with my new my03 sti when I pay powerstation a visit with my competition win

Picking the car up today, if all goes well, bloody excited doesn't come close, I've not felt this nervous since starring in my school play

Cheers for the feedback guys, it's good to know you went away happy.
Those who have not booked in their car yet are reminded that there is only four weeks left to get your car booked in and those places are filling fast...
All weekends are already gone (due to Dyno days)
Mickey,
If the fuel pump is weak then the mixture will tail off as demand increases, this will show up on the lambda meter, if you're at all worried then we can change it to the walbo 255ltr anyway.
Changing the pump shouldn't in theory alter the map as it's the fuel pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail that controls the pressure.
Entirely up to you. pump is about £105 + vat and fitting is about £50 + vat.

I had this done last week on my UK Turbo MY99 which has a full decat and panel filter.
The peak power increased from 244 to 265bhp but more noticeable was torque which went up from 288 to 350NM.
So far I'm very pleased with the result, the car feels stronger all the way through the rev range and there is less distinction between off and on boost power delivery.

Booked in for 12 Dec at 9:30.
It's going to be a lovely sunny day, it will not rain, it will not snow under any circumstances.
It's only a 450-mile round trip. Nothing compared to my recent daytrip from Durham to Regal Autosport in Southampton to get the Zafira tuned up (now 250 bhp) bonkers for a front-wheel drive van, but brilliant, especially the switchable boost - a discreet button allows you to switch between the original map and the new one. Quite a laugh when you've got your foot to the floor in standard mode, then press the button to let the extra horses out to play.
In terms of straightline humiliation of bewildered drivers of Civic Type R's, 3.0 litre X Types, etc - it's even more fun than the Scoob.

Had my MY00 ( decat / panel filter / off the shelf map ) remapped by Rich at Powerstation today and the figures jumped from 246BHP / 324Nm to 280BHP/ 369Nm. If I had ever thought I would get such an increase I would have had it done long ago !
Thanks guys !
Thanks guys !
i`ll phone before xmas to book in for a remap, but can someone point me towards some direction please?
My scoobs a uk WRX bugeye.
Its either got, or will have by remap time,
a full decat including up pipe,
JR panel filter,
STi TMIC,
vf28 turbo,
grade 6 NGK platinum plugs.
Anything else I should consider that`d tie my mods together? ie fuel pump, injectors?
Im personally hoping to be comfortably above 300bhp really.
regards
Cliff
