I've heard lots of good things about Powerstation, but know next to nothing about the chap called Rich who I presume will be doing the mapping. Does anyone have a CV or more info on his work? never hurts to blow one's own trumpet :-)

If it's suspension related then Curtis is da man and he's there every day so when ever you like.
If it's prices and costing of the above and or anything else then Dirk is the man, He's also here everyday.
If it's mechanical issues or how many sugars you take in your tea, that'll be me.

As I said, Rich is the co-owner of Powerstation and has been mapping Subaru's since the late 90's. Rich maps all of Litchfields Scoobs and worked with Iain Litchfield on the development of the Type20 and Type25. Rich also helped develop the class winning Powerstation Spec C Type 25 Race Car at this years TunerGP. Have a quick look on www.powerstation.org.uk for other info. I have been reliably informed that Powerstation have been active on the Subaru scene since Scoobynet was first born

Wait until after monday and you should recieve a PM from work to say ring us up and book yourself in.
We wont do the bookings direct from PM or e-mail due to the complexities that entails.

Out of interest if i got this Tek remap done on my 02 STI bugeye which is standard except for a ninja backbox would the cost be worth the increase in bhp/torque?
I would probably add a Ninja centre section before the remap but probably stop there.
What i mean is, what could i expect to be running power wise after the remap?
Is a uprated fuel pump necessary??
I don't want to start de-cating etc due to the hassle come MOT time and even larger increase in insurance premium.

Impreza struts wont fit a forester unless of course you're on about 2 cars being worked on, which in hindsight makes a little more sence.

They're a straight swap according to what I've been reading up on over on the forums at subaruforester.com
http://www.subaruforester.com/viewtopic.php?t=10311
Will give a drop of 3" or so..
Any probs you can see ?
Haven't decided yet though - might just go for the Forester Sti springs on my existing struts..
What comes as standard suspension on Iain's FSti's ?

You'd need an uprated fuel pump. I had my STi PPP remaped and that was well worth while.
You will notice the difference and also you'll be safe in the knowledge that it a bespoke map for your actual car.

The Forester STI’s we sell come with the standard STI struts and springs which are different to the UK versions. At the moment there isn’t a worth while suspension upgrade for the Forester but it’s on the “to do” list
On Rich’s mapping experience, as Fuzz says, he has done all of my cars and its fair to say they are tested a little more than usual He may not have a internet following but outside of road cars he’s trusted by a number of championship winning race and rally teams who have a lot riding on reliable performance Their facility is also superb.

Thanks Iain and Andy for answering -
Iain - not sure I understand, when you say standard sti struts and springs do you mean same as Impreza Sti or are they unique for the Fsti and different to the uk Forester XT ?
Looking forward for it to get to the top of the to do list
Many Thanks
Pete
