Hold down 'Q' and it comes up with a load of radio announcments (Thanks, Need Medic etc) and right in the middle of those is "Spotted" and as along as the x-hair is over what you've spotted it'll announce whatever it is.

That could be the issue then, the timings a very rarely auto-sensed correctly, you have to manually configure them. Like the Corsair stuff I've got, I had to manually define the timing (2-3-3-6 @ 1T DDR400) and then run Memtest86+ to verify all was ok.

And yeah, some very good games tonight, managed to rack up some good scores. Doesn't half make a difference to your score though when you get some teamwork points. Quite a few games I had (almost ) top kills but suffered because of the teamwork side. A lesson there I think!
teamwork does make a big difference, hence spawning on your squad leader and trying to battle it out.

...and if you right click with the communications thing on the screen you can choose what to say, irrespective of what the target is actually pointing at. Useful when you can't actually see what's there but you know it's there.

*cough* I may be that noob on occasion... I believe I used the grenade launcher to take out groups of infantry... out of interest why is that a 'noob' thing?

Someone was moaning last night about 'same noob in an APC' too... I must of got around a lot last night..

I do however admit I did (what I consider too) a noob style thing - ram'd DemonDave with a Blackhawk whilst he was in the MEC attack chopper on Wake.. Largely because no one would man the guns in the BH for me

LOL - I know what you mean - I spent ages in the carrier's AA gun turret trying to take out those sods in the planes!

I seem to have been caught out by the "noob-tube at my feet when the firer is only a few yards away" trick.

And on looking at the screen, who was it shot me...? More than once...?

Apparently they're going to increase the splash on the grenade launchers so you can't fire point blank and survive - it is slightly unrealistic!

No, they're decreasing the splash on the GLs, and making it so it takes longer to arm. Also the 'nade will bounce once before it explodes. It will also be possible for engineers and snipers to pick up enemy AT mines and claymores (claymores must be approached from the rear though). Spec ops guys will be able to pick up their C4 as well. And finally they're going to make the stinger sites useful - improved missile tracking will mean a gunship will be toast with two hits.

Don't mention 'initiation' infront of MortuumMorgue - he'll start about the line of spanks and camo thongs!

See you on later

As is for now... if you click on the main channel name, then look in the right hand side of the window it does list which forces the channel relates to under topic.

Sort of under play the 'expense' basically and have a lot of stealth upgrades You know you can usually get stuff shipped to work on the 2nd or 3rd + order from a company

256 GTX isn't badly priced now anyhow

Sorry I bailed out - for once really wasn't in the mood to play tonight.
