If you can get back together with your wife, great, but in many cases this takes months and it then all falls apart anyway because of the lack of trust. You'd already planned on the marriage ending, so that extent you've got what you wished for, just not in the way you wanted it.
Face it, many marriages end. This one probably just has.
Your choices are to feel sorry for yourself, or to change your life. You've just put your wife through the wringer, so do the honourable thing (assuming you can't get back together) and don't contest the divorce, or be difficult over property.
Once that's sorted, you have to start again. This time, don't f*ck it up!

Can't help but think of you as selfish, cheating on your poor Wife and then having the ***** to think that she would take you back. If you loved her that much you wouldn't have done it in the first place.
Anyway, what's done is done, happens to thousands of people (have you not seen the divorce stats for Western Europe) get over it.
