Timothy I don't know if this is a typical SN wind-up or not but if it isn't you really need to sort yourself out mate.
And then go and get revenge on these bitches!
Tell the wife you are HIV+ and she should get a check up asap.
If the ex-girlfriend has a dog string it up and nail it to her front door. She'll get the message you're not the type of bloke to **** about with. Then start on a hate campaign. Did you get any nuddy shots of her? Send them to her friends, family, work colleagues etc.
Don't let them get away with it.

Lot of good advice on the thread for you. It is such any easy situation to get into and to get involved the way you did.
You need to stand back and think about it all in a laid back manner if you can. You have admitted your mistakes to yourself which is a good start It is hardly surprising that your wife reacted as she did and not too many people would blame her for that.
Topping yourself is no answer and is the wrong way to be thinking. Get your own life sorted with what you have got left at the moment, knock off the bottle, and then with a bit of luck the passage of time might encourage your wife to give you another chance. You have had a very sharp lesson and one you will probably not forget in the future.
