with luck you might not take someone else off with you,but it could be one of my family you hit!!!!
if you want to explore the limit, get on the track, or do some sprinting and hill climbing.

Does this mean that you only drive around sticking absolute to the speed limit? Never going over 60 as this would mean putting other drivers at risk??????? I think you need to get out more.

NO it means i think about things, have seen first hand the result of raceing on the road, it was not a very nice sight. When you have to deal with a badly injured person miles from help, then you will understand.
No i dont drive a 60mph everywhere, i have just seen what raceing does first hand.
Smiles, will drop it now seems my old head is getting the better of me

I owned a 2001 330ci Sport before having my 2004 STi and there's no way the BM's faster, or has any chance of keeping up round corners. Having a test drive in a M3 on sunday so going to see how that compares to an STi

All this 330 talk is bizarre, hundreds of them out and about and always gaurenteed the BM driver is up for it, sadly everytime I have met one I have eat them, whether it is twisties or dual carriageway, the 330 (poor mans M3) should be getting nowhere near!!!
As above I would be checking tyres, or the highway code etc.

Joking aside a nice motor with all the refinements, but selling mine and getting the scoob's was a good bit of business

ffs Scooby's are just as common now as BM's. Hence why I sold my STI8 PPP after about 12 months coz I was getting bored with them. owned 3 in 4yrs Now owner of 330ci I enjoy my 350 miles per tank and not 220 from scoob (if lucky) and also laugh at up to 50% de-valuation within 2yrs of a scoob. Let alone when piston #3 goes awol. What is with you guys who want to be all of 3-4 secs faster over 1 mile. YAY to heros

Why are these 330's so slow?
I have never encountered a fast one, even backing off to let them catch up, then booting it away is getting boring. It was fun at first

...maybe the BMW driver does not need to prove how much Octane Booster - sorry testosterone - he has by racing everyone
Maybe we should research best times around the 'Ring for a 330Ci v. Bugeye with PPP.
I suspect at most it will be ten seconds in it IMHO of course

The normally accepted convention is that understeer is the safest option and thats why manufactures engineer it into virtually all road cars.
Toyota performance cars tend to be more natural oversteerers out of the box though.
