Skippy,

Well I promised the girlfriend I'd take her to ikea, managed to get back alive minus £70...

Just seen Bob filling up at my local garage in Durham, Nice car Bob... What filter/exhaust have you got on that beast ?

As promised here are the directions to the Badger for 4th Feb.

Easy to get to, just head for the Airport from the A1 western bypass. When you get to the Aiport roundabout head straight on, straight over the next roundabout(500yds) then right at the next roundabout. You will see the Bagder on your right, there's also a large garden centre there.

Neil

I know what you meann about the forest drive, used to use it in my younger days when i didn't give a jot ! the cars we all have now are too good for that, i'll do a bit checking about, but don't blame me !!! Does 40-50 miles sound about right ???

I'm spending my non hard earned cash on some new front discs & pads from revolution, getting done tonight. Maybe I'll try and get a new spoiler before the day arrives, make it up for spending money in Ikea at the weekend.

Well 11 isn't bad, but I'm sure we can drum up some more even if they 'aint Scoobys..

Any Speed freaks out there reading this ??

Sadly my friend & his P1 are off to Derby that weekend, Next time Gav.

I'd recommend a road NOT to take, that's the Kielder Forest Drive between A696 & Kileder Castle. Loose surface, toll road too with a speed limit of 20mph. I went though a little bit quicker when it was quiet a while back leaving huge clouds of dirt & dust, only to find numerous Paint Chips down both sides

I'm skint, car stops as it is for the moment, plus if i get a chance i'm selling it, i was looking at up the A696, stop near Otterburn, have a chat, back down via A68, not really the most intresting, but the small roads round there are SMALL !!!

I take it you post from work ? or are you on holiday ???

Skip,

Well believe it or not I'm doing 2nd line support at the moment, the place where I'm at doesn't really need anyone as the place runs itself. Must do about 5 hours work a week but claim 38hrs, most of that surfing and doodling . Are U a Hardware geezer ?

Yip, Look after the WAN, LAN and all the remote sites, cable installations, support etc shouldn't be on here, but the lad that monitors the firewall is ok, just takes seconds to drop a note on. Any jobs going at your place ???

Jabroni,

I shouldn't think it'd matter really, there's a big car park there and there's also a large garden centre with ample parking.
Do you reakon the landlord sells "Home Brewed Octane Booster"

Skip,

If you need any help mate just drop me an Email at "Neil@Douglass.com" and I'll see what I can do to help you out.

Got my new Black Diamond Combi Discs on the front tonight from Revolution, waiting for my Mintex Pads to come in and they'll be put on pronto.
Also bought an STi4 spoiler just to tart things up a bit, off to get that painted tomorrow maybe.

Skip,

I've just checked the prices I got from Revolution, Mintex 1144's (Front £68.21) (Rear £60.33).
I've got to say this BBS is a form of release from boring work & TV, that's why I'm here quite a bit. Not addicted yet

Slightly offtopic(ish)
Anyone had their Scoobs suspension adjusted to the Prodrive settings locally, got a name/address of the garage etc, I've asked at Revolution and they susgest a National tyre center, but were a bit vague of which one (well it was to me).
I'm gagging to loose some of the turn-in understeer. (its scrubbing up the outside front tyre edges)
Cheers Iain

I'm intrested in finding this out too, was thinking about making the drive to power station, handy to find somewhere local, or if we can find out all the settings i thing i know some one who maybe able to sort it.
