Whoa, all this infighting cos some dick in a BMW went faster than you ?
He is obviously trying to justify his purchase by racing other performance cars, he seems like a bit of a sad no life if thats how he gets his kick, not the blowing away of Subarus, fair game but insulting you and your wife is out of order, full stop. Trouble here is that the poor old Scoob is getting on a bit, 215 bhp is old news, the New Astra VXR has 237, things move on.
The BMW driver got what he was after but wasnt satisfied, he had to twist the knife, I read all this and it wound me up as its a 'captured' example of what ***** like that do all the time on the road, very rarely do you get a right to reply after an 'incident' like this but his comments on the Scoobykillers forum just confirm the impression people have of BMW owners, surely they cant all be self obsessed, mean spitited, egotistical, agressive bell ends can they ?
This one was, but JDM, I would aportion 30 percent of the responsibility to you, flash by all means but the w4nker gesture is uncalled for most of the time, for a couple of miles of sitting in the outside laneits a bit ott, sometimes they are too busy on the phone, laptop, shaving mirror or popping one off to notice other drivers.

Nobody seems to have mentioned that the BMW 'owner' or his company will have paid 40 grand for the Gibbon to go baiting cars at half the price (or less), if I had forty grand to spend I wouldnt have anything that slow with so many doors and seats that made me look like the 50 year old area manager of a fizzy drinks firm.
Anyone else get the impression he had borrowed his dads car, perhaps he works for his dad and is an only child ?

Fair enough, it's all got more than a little ridiculous though.
People love a wind up on here, especially when you show a weakness, like taking offence to your wife being called a moose.
Never seen an easier wind up than this.
