Don't normally get involved in threads like this anymore but reading some of the responses i just think we should dispand the UK Police forces.
According to some folk on here the Police:
1. Have nothing to do but do speeders
2. Are never there when you need them
3.Never catch any Burglars
4.Talk to everybody wrong
5.Shoot innocent people ***** nilly
6.Target Subaru drivers
7.Don't care about anything or anyone
8.Hate the Public
Sooner or later we will be replacing Police dogs with kittens,inviting Burglars and robbers out to a cheese and wine evening to discuss their involvement in alleged offences, and telling everyone that everything is OK no matter what is happening and we are losing control (oh sorry that's happening already!).
There's no point any more, the Police can't do right for doing wrong, and they never will.
Put yourself in those Officers' shoes.......would you have pulled the trigger in light of recent events?

We have tactics we use on range involving head and body, head only and body only shots, depending on distance, weaponry used etc. The number of shots or placement is no indicator of who shot them. I know people perfectly capable of shooting to either target and never misssing.

Okay, the police are only human and they can make mistakes but they had this guy pinned down, there was no need to kill him.
