i have fit one of these intercoolers that cost £250 they are ok but you get what you pay for the pipe work is mild steel and has shoddy welding and you don,t get all the pipe work you need the joining clips are just jubilee clips i have found the best one,s are off harvey smith he supplies every thing you need and is always on the end of the phone if you have any problems i believe he can even gat them fitted for a good price for you

fitted a flea-bay fmic to mine a month ago,all looks fine, slightly dearer than 215 but still a bargain when it eventually came
i also have a my99-00 , , re the bov . . get 1 for a my98 and a samco straight reducer pipe 35-25mm . . fits a piece of pi55 then
i must do the magnet check though..lol
heres some pics of mine,
note the inner wing HAD to be cut and the pipe runs under the K+N

also a good idea to lag the pipe that runs over the turbo

Cheers for that info regarding BOV.

I've never atempted anything like this before, How hard is it to fit, cut bumper etc and how long did it take to fit. Or does anyone know how much it would cost to have one fitted and where to get that done.

its all good as far as i am concerned, as long as it arrives

the kit dazza has is the autobhan version, although i do belive the seller said sumwhere it was not an autobhan kit?

TBH im doubtfull of noticable gains over one make then another
as long as there not leaking or anything daft like that, and there in the right place.

Thumbs up

I've just bought one of these as well, I remember seeing scoobyDAZZA's car at SBO and thinking the intercooler looked really good, didn't realise at the time which one it was.

Cant wait for it to arive now.
