I dont know how he will fit in, just going to cause more problems. As you say probably because Arsenal were interested

I don't understand why you feel that you need big names to succeed in Europe, unless you are thinking of following Real's example, or Juve's, or Barca's, or Chelsea's

Shouldn't you really be attempting to emulate the team that actually WERE successful

Come to think of it, lacking a big name didn't do Leeds any harm either

Until the squad started fighting over who got to use the brain cell that is

If they do it will be the biggest mistake in terms of purchasing Wenger will have ever made, the bloke is sh!te and it is beyond me how he ever got an England call up. I really hope they are nothing more than rumours as I just don't want to see that muppet wearing an Arsenal shirt

No no no, I have been hoping fergie would sign Ballack for the past two seasons but he doesn't what is he waiting for, Keano to hit 65 before finally replacing him!! I can see Wenger just nipping in and grabbing him now.

Empty promises will not go down well with the big names in the squad or the fans.

They seem to be after this `Baptisa` (sorry spelling might be wrong) from Spain, he sounds a good player, wants to be for £14m. Sky Sports describe him as a `free scoring midfielder`. Could do with a new goalkeeper aswell really!

We have to dream at Arsenal, what else is there to do, we are not buying any players, just losing them!

We are getting close to the new season now, and no good big names have come in. I must admit, I`m a little worried now. Not that the players we have got are not good enough, but our lack of depth (esp in midfield, defence, attack, and goal !!!!! lol) was shown up last year. We really missed Gilberto/Edu. Now Edu and Vieria have gone. NOT good.
