Only Fools and Horses:
Just before the utterly hilarious Del Boy falling through the bar hatch:
DB: "To impress the girls we need to talk about money"
Trigger "I saw one of those new 5 pound notes the other day..."
Also:
Trigger: "I've had this broom for 20 years"
Rodney: "Really?!"
Trigger: "Yeah, it's had 5 new brush heads and 3 new handles"
Rodney: "Trigger, why do you call me Dave, my name's Rodney?"
Trigger: "Dunno Dave"

All of the Police Squad episodes have scenes of complete hilarity. Not to mention Top Secret, Airplane and the Naked Gun movies. Worth watching time and time again, not just for the stuff happening in the foreground, but for the tons of silly stuff happening in the background.
Police Squad:
"Lt Frank Drebin, Police Squad" (Sorry, maybe it's Nielsons face, but even that cracks me up).
Gunfights where both gunmen are 2 feet away from each other.
All the scenes with the tall guy whose head is always out of shot...one in particular when a piece of banana falls onto the desk.
Scenes from Top Secret:
- Pizza parlour - stretchy cheese.
- German soldier directing traffic - the same 3 vehicles going round in circles
- German Kubelwagen barely touches another vehicle. Cue massive explosion.
- Humans flying down onto a massive statue of a pigeon and having a slash (in background of a serious scene)
- 2 guys in a cow suit...

"Thanks, I've just had it stuffed"
