Lotus Esprit? oh yeah baby bring it on!!,

my opinion is that it's one of the best looking cars ever made, especially when driven off a pier, shooting down a hovering helicopter, spies on Stromberg's HQ, kills of all the frogmen attackers, drives back on the beach, makes the drunk think he's hallucinating and scares the **** out of the King Charles doggy, oh yes, what a car, yum yum.

hmmm, well, Tiny is the man for T-shirts, and Dal @ ABW is the popular choice for hats, so I'm thinking of a couple of other ideas!!

Firstly, C.A.E (myself) will be getting a trophy for the best turned out car of the day, the rules are simple:

Everyone who attends will be given a slip and asked to write down their personal favourite car of the day, and the car with the most votes gets the trophy, the choice of car don't necessarily mean that it's the most powerful, or the most modified, most expensive etc, but is the best car of the day - as voted by the Essex Scooby Crew

I'm not going to disclose the second idea as it may not come off, but if hell freezes over and it does actually come off, let me just say that IT WILL BE SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL, but like I say it may not happen so I'm not going to brag too much about it.

Just a thought, from experiences of other rolling road events.

Could those who intend on running the car then leaving shortly after, or those who can't stay for the whole day let us know, so we can try to work out any group photos or similar sorts of things.

Just to recap:

Scooby Magazine will be in attendance, if you're not intending to stay for the day, could you please let me or Highlander (Jon from scoobyMag) know, so Jon can sort out pictures of the cars, etc.

Tiny, Mrs ESC and Spally are showing Gordon Ramsey a thing or to, on the BBQ, they will be providing the food, and all thay ask is that you make a charitable donation to the Essex Scooby Crew fund.

C.A.E. (myself) will be providing a trophy for the Best turned out car of the day, as voted on by you lot, I'll be giving out forms for you to fill in.

The Dentman will be there to sort out your car park dings, and what other damage he can repair.
