Only one way go sort a person like that out and it involves bloody violence. There is no other understanding in their scummy little minds.

TBH I'm not surprised.

These people get away with it cos the old bill aren't worth a ****. Crime doesn't pay, ha, dont make me laugh. All this info and this geezer is still walking the streets.

Thing is, if you lot were to organise a get together and go and sort him out it'd be you that ended up in the dock. Fooking justice system in this country is a total joke.

Takes the **** out of decent people. Good old british justice. Gotta love the path this country is going down.

Exactly.
Serious burglars get less than people with speeding offences and that is just one example.
Magistrates are under instruction not to send people to prison (because the prisons are full to over flowing). So why don't we build some more prisons and take those that act against society out of society?

Easy solution - get them to build the new prisons as part of their punishment. Job done.

Unfortunately this isn't his first arrest. He has a habit of getting quite light sentances.

^^ THAT is a great idea - could do that instead of pointless community service or some other nonsensical punishment.

Think about it - the more offenders are caught, the more prisons are built, etc. so eventually all the scum end up in the nick where they belong

Hi all, not a Scooby enthusiast I'm afraid, however was watching a programme on scammers the other night which made me think about the scumbag who done me out of a£1000 back in 2004 ! Thought I would google is name and website to see if anything came up, couldn't believe it when I came across this thread ! Yes, Barry Howard (bmw europe) completely conned me, I gave him a grand for a deposit on an X5. The man was unbelievalble, he was so convincing , inviting me up to his house - to meet his wife to be, he even asked if wanted to come to his wedding in Scotland! The story goes on and on I'm afraid culminating in me getting nothing back! I wasn't the worst ,after a bit of investigation I got in touch with a guy who had given Barry £6k deposit for an X5, this guy was from Reading and was on the hunt for Barry, by the sounds of things he didn't catch up with him! I can't believe he hasn't been on rogue traders or the like. does anyone know how long he was sentenced for?

For anyone who was ripped off by Barry hayward (aka tech carbon, op performance etc)

He's appeared yet again up to his old tricks.

Currently there is a facebook group called 'north west car cruise' where he was posing as 'james ward' doing plasti dipping for cars. (http://www.ukdippingcentre.co.uk/)

More unhappy ripped off customers.

If anyone is still looking for their money back from him I have his current home & business address.

Default Scam

I don't no if it link but few month ago that was an Evo forged engine going for 1500. The person paid but never got the item. Best way to find out is ring and see if you can pick up. If no stay away. With feed back is easy ,sell cheap stuff bring up your rating and then go for the big scam.

People were buying stuff off this person left, right and centre, and he had no neg feedback, so thought I would be pretty safe. He subsequently phoned me twice to say the parts were on their way, but surprise surprise, still no Power FC at my door. I am gutted beyond belief, but want to try and help other from being frauded by the same A55hole. His user ID at the time was 'officially pimped', later changed to 'op_performance', and now, I believe he's back using another Pseudonym. He's based in the Warrington area.

Everyone beware, and if he's reading this, then: You better move house quickly, cos I will find you!!!

P.S - He sells a lot of Scooby stuff!!!
Just thought id make you all aware of this, those of you that know of uk dipping center or james dipping do not trust! this makes an interesting read https://m.facebook.com/groups/32815899986?view=permalink&id=10150415194509987

Funny enough I ordered an apexi fc a few years ago for my st185 from ebay. I finally got my money back after 8 weeks of lies. Wonder if its the same guy, he then commented on my negative feedback I left him, saying I had been unreasonable and impatient.

Those who have threatened violence and have a reasonable chance of actually following it up are often refunded by him before it gets to that stage. It's people who live far away or aren't willing to go down the violence route that end up being ripped off.

Nadine, I've PM'd you.
