Ill bring a long a couple of disposibles that we can abliterate incase we need to. Ill pop down to tescos when we get there and get some more food i think.
Ooohoooh cool boxes might be an idea?? They wont stay cool for long but we can just top them up with ice.
Now ive bought the tickets but the dude on the phone said that we couldnt allocate ourselves to a site that was down to the SIDC???? Help!

As long as your on the SIDC list with santa pod that should be okay, I think the passes will be sent to SIDC and then on to Simb2, You may want to PM SIMB2 your address details for him to send it on or give us a bell at santa pod and well meet up.

If when you booked your tickets today, thy said you weren't on the SIDC stand, then your not on the SIDC stand.
Santa Pod have sent me out 13 car passes.
This tallies up to 11 on the current list on here and 2 that I have from the SIDC forum.
To be honest Santa Pod have gone about this show all wrong, I won't be organising anything for next years show.
I suggest you contact them again to see?? However, the passes are already on the way to me, so I cannot source you one.

Don't worry Holly, I'm sure we'll sort you out somehow or other! Think we may have a spare pass coming as one of my mates might not now be bringing his car. Give me a shout on me mobile (number above somewhere) and I can let you know the details etc.
Guys, have checked the food front and it is actually 24 burgers I have got, not 40. So odds are we will probably still need some extra burgers/rolls and ****.
Oh yeah, and some nice weather wouldn't go amiss either!!!

Hello boys, back off me hols now. Dan before you ask I brought the missus back instead of 2 Camels and a Donkey
Just to keep you updated.
Muddy will be sending the Car passes to me this week, I will distribute them to the convoy up on the Friday morning at Magor. Kev, will give you the car passes needed when you and the rest go up on the Saturday. Dino, will see you before hand as you going up on the Thursday.
Kev do you still need a tent, as I can bring this up with the car passes?
What we can do for BBQ, food, drink etc - we can go to the local Tesco's everybody chip in a certain amount and get it all in one swoop?
Anybody got any idea's what time they want to start off, I was thinking around 06.30(leaving Magor)?

I'd give them a ring back if you can mate, ask for Sarah and she should be able to sort you out. If not will have to tackle them when where up there.
