Ive killed me scooby

my mate changed his oil on his 95 wrx 3 days later the bottom ends had gone.
I changed my oil a week ago and now ive got a bag of bolts in my bottom end.
This noise only happens at 3000rpm and sounds like its from the back left of the engine. Earlier on in the day the clutch pedal sank to the floor whilst giving it some down the 180. do you think this has anything to do with it or have i just ****ed my engine.

Does any one know who sells 2.5L blocks cheaper than graham goode

JIM-scoobyclinic do 2.5's £4,500 fitted inc sti heads, scoobyecu and everything else think theyre 350 bhp. tuneable to 400 safely if you want to spend more. may be better off breaking the car for spares and buying a new one with the change?

mornin all.nice 1 stu i'll have to look into that.my mate that was rushed to hospital had a heart attack,oh messed up is that and only 37!crazy.got my petter solberg wing mirror pig decals 2day lol they look quite good,next time i see you all my scoob will have transformed,bin doing loads of little bits but its makin a difference in the bigger picture!where is the ecu?is it it the passenger side foot well?need to have a look just incase summit else has been done without me noticing.have fun 2 day
