Got some new 888 tyres, I tried cutting them myself but broke the blade on Cuddys tyre cutter
Got some new pads on the way, should have more initial bite, and be more predictable, only got a day to sort stuff out, think I'm going for a full strip, brake bleed, may get a lower strut brace, and some other tyres for dry track use. Also need to buy a house too, so got to watch the pennies
My cat is still on, I have been told that my Lambda sensor may be shagged, thats why I've been dumping cups full of fuel all over you as I have blasted off into the distance.
Anyway ive ordered a new one £30.00.

But I did run it around for 15mins before I took it in, I have read somewhere on here that it can take over half an hour to get it up to temp? sounds a bit too long to me.
I'll fit the new Lambda, new plugs and see if it does any good.
Has anyone tried that Cat cleaner/ emmision reducer you add to petrol.

I wouldn't have thought it takes that long to warm up, there is however a good delay between coolant reaching temp and oil, can be seen if you have a separate oil temp guage.
If your fans kicking in it should be up to temp, as long as its all working OK, they normally wait for that before testing.
For my MOT last year, they said they has to wait for it to get hot, cats work better when hotter too, speeds up the reaction.
