Right,

I guess its the Fabia and not the Octavia then.
A friend of mine has just trashed his Octavia Vrs, took an un marked hump backed bridge at 60mph, his missus had time to call him a **** whilst they where airborn.

Has anyone a cat replacement pipe. Just got the scoobyworld one (not the downpipe) and just seeing if anyone has had trouble with emmissions results come MOT time ? Looking also at the downpipe replacement but understand you can get a road legal hi flow sports CAT. Mocom Racing just quoted £450 (all in) for 300+ bhp re-map.

Usually, i'm the exception, you'd have to ask the missus about my **** tho if you're that interested, you been looking?

I think the vRS badge is quite good myself. Took the Skoda badge off on boxing day and replaced it with an Octavia vRS mk2 badge. That was when i was supposed to take his scoobie for a spin but got moaned at by the old dear.

Dill,
did you see BBS Alloys has gone **** up? Gone into recievership. Pity cos i wanted some RC's......

If you've got a classic then just having the original downpipe on is enough to pass emmission AFAIK.

Just getting a full decat so gonna have to put DP on for MOT unless anyone knows anywhere PM me.

I think it depends how old your car is, a fella on our threadpassed with a full decat exhaust on but his car was on a 93 plate, you can usually pass by leaving the downpipe primary cat in place.

Cheers, 2006 WRX (and cannot believe the f**king price of the 07 now, EU import £14,250 OTR). Getting an emmissions test prior to ordering the replacement downpipe.

jammer i cant say at the minute because if i go the wagon route it will be classed as a company car, and that means more payout to the revenue so im going to weigh up my options and have a word with my accountant first

Sorry mate but Mclaren was a poor choice for a manager, its not all him though, I honestly think our lads are not good enough, they lack inventive play.

I also dont buy the "its only a friendly" crap, its an international game you play to win it.

Thats my rant over.
