ross your crank pulley should be 130lb so i have been told. what i did was put the handbrake on, put it in 5th gear and have a power bar to do the nut up. eventualy the clutch will slip but thats been fine for me and many others on this site do it up tight but like anything not overkill. as tight as you would do your wheel nuts?
