I've heard A Plan are good, but try Privilage also. I am 25 (sorry) but they quoted me £444 FC. No tracker, and I have 2 speeding convictions. Was well chuffed! Car was a '95 WRX import.

I had my first impreza (96 UK Turbo) when i was 23 (hu-hum, some 8 years ago!) and Admiral were by far the best then. Living in Bristol (bad area for car crime), garaged, 5 yrs NCB. It was £499 FC with Prot NCB. I guess insurance has gone through the roof after that?! But maybe worth a try...
