Still Showers for Monday lets hope its not like today, its bl90dy awful weather here in Reading presently.

For those Newbies I would recommend dropping tyre pressures to handbook recommended pressures cold as per the handbook if its wet.

See you all either Sunday night or Monday morning any problems give me a call on 07789 938011.

P&**ing down in Bristol at the moment so not looking good for tomorrow I'm afraid.

I'll make a call if I'm coming to watch in the morning - if it's still wet I'm off to work

Don't fancy standing out in the rain all day trying to get photos - Beamer however is an all weather photographer

Have a good day - may see you if the suns out

Cheers

Mark

I'll sell you one mate. Weather not looking good so I'm not going to make it. Save me day's holiday for skiing instead.

I can burn off any pics you and Pete get onto DVD if anyone still wants them.

Cheers

Would just like to thank the organisers and instructors for making my first ever track day an exciting and memorable one, my sympathies go out to terry b for his unfortunate collision with a crash barrier and Jimmy (think thats his name) for his collision with the tyre wall

What a great day, Would like to thank Mark and Terry for all the organising. It was a really well run day.

Was well pleased with the MX5, managed to keep up and overtake a few of them old scoobys The track was a lot more slippery than i would of expected but i did'nt mind cos it just gave me more chance to go sideways had a good load of drifts around quarry but the one around onto the start/finish was a bit more tricky, hense why i got it buried in the potatoe field ( i blame olley )

Another thanks to Mark, Glad i kept you entertained when you was following me

I second that, the atmosphere was friendly and all of my passengers throughly enjoyed the day as well.

Thanks

all very good apart from the mini driver that broke every track rule for overtaking all day.

Did the following not apply to mini's.??
No overtaking without the car infront indicating and moving to the left.
No overtaking in the corners.
No diving inside into corners and forcing yourself in were there isn't a gap.

there had been no accidents resulting in damage when we left ,although there had been a good few spins.
Hope the damaged cars are easily repairable.

I too would be interested in any photos Mine is the blue bug eye wagon with, yep you guessed it, tints!

I had a superb time - been dying to try 'tints' out in the wet properly for YEARS. Learned loads - thanks Anthony
And a big thank you to Mark and Terry for a great night and great day

I second that about the mini driver, race cars/drivers should'nt come to track days and use them as cheap track time

I third it.

He was quick though! I want some of those tyres!

I were right pissed off when I indicated to let him past along with a slower car in front, and several other cars who were slower than me also took the opportunity to overtake, with me stuck like piffy on the left side of the track.
