OK Guys 4 weeks to go, start thinking about prepping your car.

1. Will the car be serviced or need oil changing before event.
2. As a minimum you have more than 50& of brake pad material left.
3. Tyres have around 2mm left unless you have another set.
4. Wheel alignment is good
5. Brake fluid is fresh and system has been bled.
6. Exhaust system will meet static and drive by tests

Please settle for event ASAP

Hi Andy

You're number 2 on the list mate - Stormy has missed off your surname. Instruction & helmet no probs.

Cheers

Just so peeps don't get confused it's actually the Premier Travel Inn (not Lodge) in Chippenham

West Cepen Park
Chippenham
Wiltshire
SN14 6UZ

I'll probably go to the circuit and meet up with Mark/Stormy during the afternoon. Bringing a spare set of wheels etc.

Any one know a decent restuarant.

Mark wants a steak (the whole beast-might slow him down on track), I want a mega Salad with a wicked pud.

Then on for a few quiet beers next to the accomodation.

Unhappy

"wet weather rubber then"

So I have a choice of going aqua planning on Bridgestone 01R or even better
do the same with my Bridgestone RE070s Can we have just one dry track day this year so I can finish of a set of Summer tyres and replace with some wet rubber.

Weather may settle especially as some of the nights are clear.

Look forward to meeting my old friend quarry again

My tyres have at best 2mm tread left - so ideal for finishing on a trackday. Just hope it keeps dry as it will be like driving on slicks (well the journey home will be anyway )

But if it rains...... will be going sideways at every opportunity
