Great day out guys and no worries wilf 
I think I've learned a lesson too today - will definately ensure I know where I'm going the next time
We had our own little tunnel cruise on the way back from Brighton to Portsmouth on the A27. There were about 8 of us taking up both lanes, slowed to 30mph before entering the tunnel (causing a queue of traffic behind as it's a 70mph road), we then opened our windows and nailed it in the tunnel - awesome sounds....
Look forward to Brighton 2 in the summer.

Sorry about all those who got lost & Did not make it to Devils Dyke , Keef Done so well just keeping the 30 or so front cars together , Never going to be easy taking 70 Up & Over ..

Maybe next time , Wriiten pace notes, Maybe an idea or 5/6 people who no the route if that is possible , Lead smaller groups out of Pease potttage & Down on into Brighton .
Thought the parking went well , Sort of 40 In Churchill 1 & 30 In Churchill 2 , But we got there & @ The end of the day the Cars were safe & Looked after by the Security , Nothing worse than walking way , Thinking is the car going to be in one bit on return .

See some of you on the Posers cruise ( Southend ) On Sat & Maybe some more on Sun for the 1st trip to the pod ( The fast show )

Yeah maps would be a great idea. Sounds like you did all go to Brighton on the A23. Sorry Scooby TC my fault!
Just couldn't believe that when we got on the A23 that there wasnt any scoobs in sight (apart from the 3 of us) we were going slow and none caught us up so I guessed the convoy must have gone on the country roads.
I take it back - YOU better not follow ME next time!

WOW that was a FANTASTIC day, a littke bit dissappointing after PEASE POTTAGE (all getting split up

Oh yes, a great day. Will really help in my mission to get my mate to buy a scooby. We all had a good laugh and a big thanks for waiting behind so we could all drive back. Enjoyable little blat back to Essex especially boxing in that red clio for a few miles. Also the black STi taking on the Porsche!! what have you done to that car?? very fast.

DOES ANY BODY HAVE ANY WEBSPACE AS I TOOK AROUND 8 X 30 SECOND VIDEO CLIPS OF PEAS POTTAGE AND WOULD LIKE TO GET THEM ONTO A WEBPAGE. EMAIL ME IF SOMEONE HAS WEBSPACE TO PUT THE VIDEOS, IT WOULD BE GOOD AS I GOT MOST CARS ON THEM.

Everything was going well until we left Pease Services. As many have already said it all went a bit pear shaped. Never saw Devil's Dyke...but did get to Churchills Square car park. Although it was a bit hit and miss which of the two multi storeys people were in. Kept hearing that familiar Flat Four rumble, but always from a different level in the car park.
Think a few of the suggestions made such as maps for all and locals leading small groups would improve things. No doubt a summer trip would include even more Scoobs and Brighton would be even busier

Had a great time even if it was a bit sketchy with directions, managed to keep one of the groups in site just about, on the run from P Pot - B'ton. Great run over the back of Devils Dyke, have to remember that one next time i'm down that way...
Great fun on the pier kicking Scooby-Tc & Terry's **** on the dodgems
& few hours of amusement watching the kids entertain themselves on the rides...
Mustn't forget to mention the Tunnel blast at Shoreham on the way back... Big grins all round i think...
Now got 2 kids worn out & in bed, who couldn't stop talking about the day when they got back... That makes it a good day in my books...

Sounds like everyone had a good day out.
Just sorry I couldn't make it (2nd year running ). I was driving back from Wales looking out for the Old Bill sat on every flyover between Swansea and Essex .
