Great meet - only made it to the Red Lion and yes it was bloody cold (again!).
Just a couple of photo's this time - hopefully more at the next one (when it should be warmer!)
These are before the main bunch from Long Eton arrived.
Cheers.

Looked like a good time was had by all up at the Red Lion. Shame I didn't make it all the way up there, but had other things to do. Got as far as Tibshelf though, and was just heading southbound on the M1 again as you were all coming out Looked impressive!
Hope I'll be clear to make the next one.

I'm curious aswell, what was the ruckess about at the services? Still had a wicked day. Couldn't believe the, ehemm DRIVE up the m-way. Couldn't help my self!! Thanks to the guy in the blue stickered-up STI (not "scoobycrissy".) for letting me and my mate tag along when we missed everybody being shoved out the services. That was a cool de-tour tho! Never got your name. but cheers!!
Oh yeah how do you put photos on here? And I've got some decent vid footage if anyone will tell me how to send it to em?!
Amazing cars, better people, top day. Can't wait for the next!!

You where stood behind us in the food queue. Meant to have a chat about the 2.5 motor, but the emblem on your lads top kept me at a distance

I had the plod directly behind me too out of Tibshelf .. and Dazza behind him...
I manged to do some gentle overtaking of slower lane1 traffic- then made sure he had no Line of sight and I blatted it off the M1 into Chessie... although there were that many scoobs queing past frankie&benny's that the cop caught us up
mikee was lucky

I'd LOVE to see some of the videos but not sure how you'd go about sending them...maybe have to get someone to host them for you?
Were you the chap filming us all out of your window on the motorway?

In response to the question asked a few times already,.
better let all you lot know what happened at tidshelf!
As per usual, everyone left Eaton farm like a bat out of hell, tearing up the motorway as usual.
About a mile from Tidshelf I was in the slow lane doing 75, made the conmen mistake and indicated went to change lanes then looked and realized **** there's another scoob coming up the middle lane, and shot back in to my lane.
Nothing to dangerous as he was still about 10 meters behind me.
It was the P1 with the for sale sign!
Feeling the plonker , I slowed down to apologise as he comes past, but as he comes past he's "f-ing and blind-ing" at me.
When we pulled up at Tidshelf, I went over to his car and said to him,
"look mate, next time before you start banging off your mouth at people at least wait for them to appologise, cause I knew I was in the wrong its a conmon mistake that I would have apologized for"
He replies with "well you were driving like a fu*king ****".
After a few more slightly heated words, it was left at by him, "fair enough, if it was a mistake then thats that".
Thinking thats the end of it, I went back to my car to chat to some of the gang.
60 secs later he comes storming over up to my face saying, "If your such a hard man say something to me now"
My reply, "who the fu*k are you to talk to me like that!"
His reply is, " shut the fu*k up you black c**t!".
Well that was the snapping point!
It all got broken up in the end, and we carried on scoobying to the Red Lion.
Not what I wanted to happen but he was kind of asking for it.
I apologise to all you guy's that brought your kids, cause its not the sort of thing you want at what is a family event, but some things just cant be helped.
Other than that, it was a cracking day!
Shimy.

And it was a great day, although unfeasibly cold.
And washing the car at 9am in the morning is not a good idea.
As I said at the time we need a mega-meet in Portugal!!!

Cheers Jamo,
I ment to meet you yesterday and put a face to the name, but never got a chance. what car were you driving?
"Named and shamed"
Blue P1 with for sale signs in the back windows.
The worst thing is, is that when we were at Eaton farm pub I saw him in the pub with his missus standing having a drink and I was going to go over and say hello and include him in the chit chat a few of us were having, but I got called out side to move my car.
Im kinda glad I didn't say hello now!
Shimy.

Wasn't at Tibshelf myself so my lad didn't see it, but did hear about a cafuffle at the services. Life isn't a bed of roses and these things happen in the real world and far worse is seen on TV. Racial comments like that reported are more offensive in my book and I'd rather my lad be shielded from that sort of ignorance. A lot of drivers don't give others time to apologise for genuine mistakes, but I suppose that's because there are so many ***** about deliberately cutting others up or not giving mistakes a second thought.
Hope everything is OK now.
