PMSL I had an Evo 6, did 12kmiles in it in a year and sold it for £500 less than I paid for it

Scoobies-now lets talk depreciation.....

Yeah I did know the tank is egg cup sized!! This is pointless continuing this conversation, as I'm not agreeing with the majority, so therefore I must be wrong!!!

The guys is asking for opinions, and that's what I thought I was giving him one. On Top gear they test a car for a few hours, so how could they give a balanced / constructive view of a car?? Lol

My mate Mouse had the RB5 through-out the Evo ownership, and still has the RB5. Enough said, I reckon.

"IF I DID" get rid of my RB5, the only car I would consider now is a :-

STI 5 RA V limited
STI 6 RA V limited

And they would have to be modified

Anyway, I thought the Evo was the Audi TT of the Japanese performance car scene, i.e. Hair dressers car

The obvious reason your mate kept the slow RB5 and sold the evo? He isn't rich enough to keep both?

Surely you must have a few hair cuts, or blue rinses to be getting on with ?

Group buy for blue rinses, and carbon fibre scissors accessories sets for the MLR boys anyone??

No you silly billy, Audi's are German, Evos are Japanese..... Don't you know anything ???

He was rich enough (or had enough in the bank) to keep both the cars, just didn't like all the batty boys cruising for some *** attention he was getting, as I'm sure you Evo boys are aware of ??

Lol, have you guys (Evo owners) got small penises??

Not saying RB5 owners are gay or out, but why do you want to look at Evo owners *******?

ps: better add that not ALL evo owners have *******!!

I don't want to see your willie mate, just asking if you had small *****, hence the reason you got an Evo. Small ***** normally equals big, fast, rubbish on petrol cars, don't they. I'm sure Mrs Blot will fill us in (as maybe you can't fill her in lol) I've got a slow, economical, family saloon that's cheap to insure

And not all evo drivers have *******, as they are females cars. This is getting worse, hair dressers and girls cars now......

Girls driving Evo's are proven to be the sexiest ladies

Girls driving RB5's are proven to mainly be called Malcolm

As for what I drive?

Phill

PS I'm expecting all the MLR clowns to come over here and start on me

Moses drives an EVO (well, it spends more time getting modded than driven), so that's enough of a reason for me not to want one

If I could afford one, I'd go for a S203 but I'm more likely to replace it with a small girlie hothatch so what do I know

May have trouble finding a version V/VI V Limited, they are just called Limited. Version IV and earlier had the V-Limited tag

To be honest any RA with DCCD, but I want blue. Was thinking the roof vent on the V limited, would be useful for taking EVO drivers. They'd be able to hang thier hand bags on the roof vent catch

At last we reach a conclusion, the whole point to this thread.

RB5's are silly, they are driven by ladies called Malcolm.

Evo 6's are driven by sexy ladies.

Whoever it was that started this thread, don't buy either, get a fast car instead. I've heard civic type r's are quicker than AMG's even so buy a Tornado jet to beat them all......

Oh but hang on? That's a bit Top Gun isn't it, forget the tornado, as tornado pilots are generally called Malcolm and drive to work in RB5's

PMSL,

There is a pilot that flies planes out of Bristol airport, and drives an RB5. His however isn't a WR Saw it once at the dealers, and the service manager told me!! He did look like a Malcolm

Trouble is buy a STI6 Type RA Limited and the spec compares to a GSR version at least as I thought the RS was a stripped out racing version, i.e. no toys, not even the AYC system. BTW does that make the RS harder to drive ?

Now, Now, Ladies ......

I know 2 people who have EVO's and they both want to sell them, they are just NOT everyday cars.

They are no quicker than any Scooby yet costs WADS more to keep running - then when they are on the road they knock all your fillings out!!

Truth is, if you want a car that will do the family duties and then humiliate a supercar you do NOT buy an EVO - a Scooby does that job and its the only car that does!

Evos are for those who like cars that look as if they have driven through a Max Power magazine with a plastic magnet attached ..... tacky, ever so tacky!

Carry on .....

Pete
