The guys is asking for opinions, and that's what I thought I was giving him one. On Top gear they test a car for a few hours, so how could they give a balanced / constructive view of a car?? Lol
My mate Mouse had the RB5 through-out the Evo ownership, and still has the RB5. Enough said, I reckon.
"IF I DID" get rid of my RB5, the only car I would consider now is a :-
STI 5 RA V limited
STI 6 RA V limited
And they would have to be modified

The obvious reason your mate kept the slow RB5 and sold the evo? He isn't rich enough to keep both?

He was rich enough (or had enough in the bank) to keep both the cars, just didn't like all the batty boys cruising for some *** attention he was getting, as I'm sure you Evo boys are aware of ??
Lol, have you guys (Evo owners) got small penises??

Moses drives an EVO (well, it spends more time getting modded than driven), so that's enough of a reason for me not to want one
If I could afford one, I'd go for a S203 but I'm more likely to replace it with a small girlie hothatch so what do I know

RB5's are silly, they are driven by ladies called Malcolm.
Evo 6's are driven by sexy ladies.
Whoever it was that started this thread, don't buy either, get a fast car instead. I've heard civic type r's are quicker than AMG's even so buy a Tornado jet to beat them all......
Oh but hang on? That's a bit Top Gun isn't it, forget the tornado, as tornado pilots are generally called Malcolm and drive to work in RB5's
erm

Now, Now, Ladies ......
I know 2 people who have EVO's and they both want to sell them, they are just NOT everyday cars.
They are no quicker than any Scooby yet costs WADS more to keep running - then when they are on the road they knock all your fillings out!!
Truth is, if you want a car that will do the family duties and then humiliate a supercar you do NOT buy an EVO - a Scooby does that job and its the only car that does!
Evos are for those who like cars that look as if they have driven through a Max Power magazine with a plastic magnet attached ..... tacky, ever so tacky!
Carry on .....
Pete
